Dessert / Pastry preparation

Assisting the Pastry Chef and following directions.

Preparing ingredients, including following recipes.

Monitoring stock levels of food supplies.

Keeping all dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas clean and organized.

Washing utensils and baking pans.
-
Sanitizing food preparation areas.
-
Sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash bins.

Storefront Assistant Job Description:
Duties -
-
Properly display all items before the store opens.
-
Ensure the storefront is clean and presentable before opening.
-
Greet all customers upon entering the store.
-
Provide all customers assistance with their needs.
-
Answer all questions about storefront products.

Properly operate the cash register.
-
Restock storefront items when needed.
-
Keep the storefront clean and organized at all times.
-
Answer all phone calls in a timely manner, answer any questions, and/or direct phone calls as needed.

Assist with store closing duties (sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash bins.
